WOW! , MUST READ FOR ALL : watch and do not put on your if tights, dressed with steel much and don't put it on when sleep to avoid BREAST CANCEER

Breast cancer starts when cells in the
breast begin to grow out of control. These
cells usually form a tumor that can often be
seen on an x-ray or felt as a lump. The
tumor is malignant (cancerous) if the cells
can grow into (invade) surrounding tissues
or spread (metastasize) to distant areas of
the body. Breast cancer occurs almost
entirely in women, but men can get it, too.
Cells in nearly any part of the body can
become cancer, and can spread to other
areas of the body. To learn more about how
all cancers start and spread, see What Is
Cancer?
This information refers only to breast
cancer in women. For information on breast
cancer in men, see Breast Cancer in Men .
Breast cancers can start from different
parts of the breast. Most breast cancers
begin in the ducts that carry milk to the
nipple (ductal cancers). Some start in the
glands that make breast milk (lobular
cancers). There are also other types of
breast cancer that are less common.
A small number of cancers start in other
tissues in the breast. These cancers are
called sarcomas and lymphomas and are not
really thought of as breast cancers.
Although many types of breast cancer can
cause a lump in the breast, not all do. There
are other symptoms of breast cancer you
should watch out for and report to a health
care provider.
It’s also important to understand that most
breast lumps are not cancer, they are
benign. Benign breast tumors are abnormal
growths, but they do not spread outside of
the breast and they are not life threatening.
But some benign breast lumps can increase
a woman's risk of getting breast cancer.
Any breast lump or change needs to be
checked by a health care provider to
determine whether it is benign or cancer,
and whether it might impact your future
cancer risk. For more information see “ What
are the risk factors for breast cancer? ” and
Non-cancerous Breast Conditions .
How Breast Cancer Spreads
Breast cancer can spread through the lymph
system .
The lymph system includes lymph nodes,
lymph vessels and lymph fluid found
throughout the body. Lymph nodes are
small, bean-shaped collections of immune
system cells that are connected by lymph
(or lymphatic) vessels. Lymph vessels are
like small veins, except that they carry a
clear fluid called lymph (instead of blood)
away from the breast. Lymph contains
tissue fluid and waste products, as well as
immune system cells. Breast cancer cells
can enter lymph vessels and begin to grow
in lymph nodes.
Most of the lymph vessels of the breast
drain into:
Lymph nodes under the arm ( axillary
nodes ) .
Lymph nodes around the collar bone
( supraclavicular and infraclavicular
lymph nodes)
Lymph nodes inside the chest near
the breast bone ( internal mammary
lymph nodes)
If cancer cells have spread to your lymph
nodes, there is a higher chance that the
cells could have spread (metastasized) to
other sites in your body. The more lymph
nodes with breast cancer cells, the more
likely it is that the cancer may be found in
other organs as well. Because of this,
finding cancer in one or more lymph nodes
often affects your treatment plan. Usually,
surgery to remove one or more lymph nodes
will be needed to know whether the cancer
has spread there.
Still, not all women with cancer cells in their
lymph nodes develop metastases, and some
women can have no cancer cells in their
lymph nodes and later develop metastases.

Portugal beat France to win Euro 2016 final with Éder’s extra-time goal

In the end, Cristiano Ronaldo had his hands on
the trophy even if it was not the way the
ultimate showman had intended. Portugal, the
team that finished third in their group, had found
a way even on a night when their greatest
footballer was taken off on a stretcher. The
players of France were on their knees and
suddenly it was a sunrise of a smile on Ronaldo’s
face, in stark contrast to the devastation that
had been seen earlier in the night.
More on this topic
‘We were simple as doves, wise as serpents’:
Portugal toast Euro 2016 win
Has any player been through as many
contrasting emotions in the space of a major
final? Ronaldo was in tears when he left the
pitch with his damaged knee in the first half. He
had tried desperately to carry on and when he
finally accepted it was futile it felt like a grievous
setback to Portugal’s hopes of denying France
the outcome that would have meant so much in
this city. Ronaldo looked broken. The final was
deprived of its main attraction and at that stage
it was tempting to wonder whether his team-
mates truly believed they could cope.
Portugal subsequently played like a team
affronted by the suggestion they might be overly
reliant on one man. They gave everything to keep
out France during the long passages when the
host nation put them under pressure.
Their sense of adventure grew as the game wore
on and, ultimately, Éder’s decisive goal in the
second period of extra time won a test of
endurance. Their run of 10 successive defeats to
France, stretching back to 1978, was over and
Ronaldo, his leg heavily strapped, climbed the
steps to collect the silverware – an excruciating
low, an exhilarating high and a night like few
others.
Portugal can duly reflect on their greatest ever
victory, made all the more remarkable by the
fact they could not beat Iceland, Hungary or
Austria in the group stages. Their safety-first
tactics will not appeal to everyone but nobody
could dispute their competitive courage and
mental toughness after the jarring challenge that
meant their three-times Ballon d’Or winner was
unable to influence the game in the way he
would have imagined.

7 concrete reasons for getting married to a journalist.

Think journalist and the first image that comes
to mind is a curious, ballsy creature who won’t
rest till there is a fact. Well, we are curious
creatures who just can’t rest till we know every
side of the story.

others because of the eclectic variety of skills it
requires of a person.

are some reasons why you should take up the
challenge and walk down the aisle with one:

necessary to not only find the perfect story but
to back it up with credible sources. When it

worry about scaring him or her off with those
rumors of your past; they would rather get to
know you first before making any hasty
decisions.

2. They’re Creative
Whether it’s brainstorming a clickable headline,
finding new story ideas or taking a fresh spin on
an event, journalists are constantly crafting
interesting, clever stories. And this way with
words extends out of the newsroom, too.
Whether they write you love letters, funny texts
or birthday cards, you can guarantee it’ll be one-
of-a-kind.
3. They’re pro at gathering evidence
If a journalist thinks you are up to something

them good friends and partners.
5. Journalists have principles
Journalists always believe in causes and have
dreams for a better future. They passionately
fight for their beliefs, which make them more
attractive than the rest. They won’t change their
mind just because a situation changes and they
won’t break up with you because you’ve become
busier. Once they love, they love deeply.
6. Journalists are super smart
With a journalist you are guaranteed of having
smart kids! Journalists are smart and creative,
they are trained writers and English language is

say they don’t enjoy some of the free perks.
They’ll surely bring home some cool freebies.

Late, coach Stephen Keshi mourned.

Nigeria's coaches woke up to the shocking news
that Stephen Keshi died on Wednesday at the
age of 54.
He was the first Nigerian to make coaching
success abroad after he helped the tiny Togolese
national team reach the 2006 World Cup in
Germany before he was sacked and replaced
with German Otto Pfister, few months to the
tournament.
As a coach, Keshi led the Super Eagles to win
the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations becoming the
only Nigerian coach to have won the title and
the second African to win the trophy as player
and coach.
He equally won bronze with the country's home-
based team at the 2014 African Nations
Championship.
He later propelled the senior national team to the
last 16 of the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil.
Tributes from football coaches in Nigeria have
been pouring in for the ‘Big Boss’, with Goal
highlighting contributions from the football
fraternity:
Former Super Eagles coach Adegboye Onigbinde,
who appointed Keshi as captain while in charge
of the senior national team, described him as a
son who had made an unforgettable mark.
"Everybody has a role to play during his own
time and Keshi did very well as a coach and
player," Onigbinde told Goal .
"He is like my son. If you remember, I made him
the captain of the Super Eagles seeing his
quality and high spirits.
"Nigerian football will miss him a lot. We have
lost a great figure. I just cannot talk much of him
because I still cannot believe my son [Keshi] is
dead," he said.
In a sad note, Super Eagles asisstant and Enugu
Rangers coach Imama Amapakabo said: "A true
Nigerian legend passes on. May the soul of
Stephen Okechukwu Keshi rest in perfect peace.
The Big Boss our heads are bowed for all you
gave us."
For former Super Falcons and Enyimba coach
Kadiri Ikhana, Keshi death is a big loss to the
coaching fraternity and he will be missed greatly
for his achievements.
"He has done his best. Since we have lost a
great person among coaches and in the Nigeria
football family," Ikhana told Goal.
"This is a loss that we didn't expect now. I was
hoping he would still be around a bit and give us
more ideas on how forge ahead in Nigerian
football. God's time is the best. We will miss him
greatly," he said.
While Edwin Okon who handled the senior
women national team while Keshi was in charge
of the men's team admitted he has lost a great
coaching friend.
"Keshi was a good friend especially when I was
in the Super Falcons and he was in charge of the
Super Eagles," said Okon.
"We discussed as coaches and exchanged ideas,
But it is a very shocking news this morning that I
woke up to hear that he has died. It is a rude
shock to me. I think he has a lot to offer Nigeria
with the few times we were together in Abuja.
"I believe we have lost a great coach in the
coaches association in Nigeria. I pray God will
give his family the fortitude to bear the loss," he
concluded.
Keshi was an outspoken manager who
championed the appointment of African coaches
into national team coaching jobs on the
continent.
He was survived by four kids and his age mother
